Justice Orders

At level 60 every player can buy an Order of Justice at the Justice NPC’s. Once you buy an Order at the NPC you can get a quest for the item from the same NPC. You can now choose what kind of mob you want to kill.
The Quest
1. Speak with the NPC indicated on the quest subtitle "Praise the Good" and deliver the Brocade Box
2. Kill the group of monster indicated under "Punish the Evil"
3. After the timer reached 0:00:00, speak with the Envoy of Justice again to claim your rewards
